Key functions will include using our property systems to manage property services, responsible for managing service contracts and lead on the ongoing review of performance indicators such as tenant complaints and client complaints, Trust and national targets. The post holder will directly be responsible for ensuring the business is compliant with regulatory standards, tenant standards and client standards. The role owner will also own the FCA licence application process that we are about to undertake. This is a challenging but rewarding role and you will be fully encouraged and supported in your professional learning and development.
As the Business Support Manager you will provide efficient and effective support to the business and it’s employees. You will ensure the effective day-to-day operational management of business operations processes. You will also be a focal point for business operations.
You will have a proactive focus with the ability to handle a busy workload efficiently and professionally. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and be able to initiate, build and manage property networks
