Our client, Trim Homes Limited seeks a Business Analyst.
Key deliverables/responsibilities
- Analysis of customer requirements
- Produce key project documentation (business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, operating model, etc.)
- Perform functional testing and coordinate business user acceptance testing
- Coordinate and lead meetings/workshops
- Engagement with vendors and perform RFP/RFI assessments
- Provide analysis support and leadership on some of the client’s most critical projects.
- Engaging with, and presenting to, management, subject matter experts and IT professionals to gain the outcomes required.
- As required, providing project management capability on the projects being worked on (dependent on project size/complexity).
Must have
- Experience in an analytical role, working closely with both IT development teams and business users.
- Experience with asset management and system development projects
- Fixed income product knowledge (Bonds, Swaps, ETDs, FX & Loans), particularly in relation to data attributes and features of these products.
- Possesses a good understanding of the front-to-back trade life cycle.
- Experience in the key systems relating to asset management – Order Management, Investment Accounting, Reference Data.
- An ability to understand complex problems and communicate them effectively to the business as well as to a technical audience.
- An ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high level of activity and changing priorities.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Charles River, Bloomberg Reference Data and SimCorp
- SQL
- Data modelling
- Strong Excel skills (not VBA)
