An opportunity exists for a Real Estate Artist to join our real estate client Trim Homes.
Art plays a pivotal role in the world of real estate, elevating properties to new heights. With our dedicated real estate art category, we recognise the significance of canvas real estate paintings, wall art, and other artistic expressions. These pieces add depth, character, and a unique touch to any space, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and leaving a lasting impression on potential buyers and occupants.
You will be required to deliver a lot of art work and artist impressions for housing projects, whether it is a single house or, more commonly, a group of houses. An artist impression helps both potential buyers and local residents to see how things will look when the work is complete. You will also need to paint pieces that can serve as home deco to create a home feel for potential clients during the viewing.
You will need to have a real love of art and a real passion for creativity.
In addition to paintings and murals, famous sketch and illustration real estate artwork will be required.
You will have a proactive focus with the ability to handle a busy workload efficiently and professionally. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and be able to initiate, build and manage multiple workload with deadlines.
